Eight years ago, Bobby and Billie were working for a Chesapeake carpet cleaning company and struggling to make ends meet. Bobby was the lead technician, and Billie worked as the telemarketing manager.

One morning, Billie's son was sick, and she had to call in to take the day off. Billie recollects, "They told me that if I couldn't come in, then they didn't need me anymore." The hard work began to yield results; from July 15th to July 30th of 1996, Bobby and Billie earned enough money to catch up. After eight years of the same type of diligence, the couple has a business that has grown in clients and reputation.

The measure of success is based on one's passion for what he or she does. The passion in Bobby and Billie's lives, first, is their family. When the couple met, they were both single parents. Bobby had two children, Robert and Sarah. Billie was raising her son, Kenneth. Billie remembers, "When we started the business, the five of us were living in a two-bedroom apartment. As the business has grown, so has the family. Allison was born in 2001, Nathan in 2007, and Natalie in 2008. These busy parents of six still find time to volunteer at church and run the children to school activities, scouts and soccer.
Bobby clearly prides himself on creating a good life for his children. "I want to give them a loving home… We all want to give our kids what we didn't have growing up," he says.

The business is flourishing, and Billie and Bobby are seeing their dream become reality. Bobby is out on jobs everyday while Billie runs the marketing and administrative end of the business.
